I now think that whatever I post will be kept because I've improved a bit and I keep high rez version of all my drawings. I know I've gone off showing my disaproval for all the changes that has occured here... But I come back with a change of mind. I know how hard it can be to keep everyone happy, I guess I'll have to understand the fact that this website wants quality over quantity.

Hey there Val4s. I saw your forum thread and felt that I had to respond. About half of my gallery was deleted for the same reasons as your botchii message. Since there were so many, I just said screw it and only re-uped the ones I was really proud of. (Most of my older works were deleted). But please don't think that we do not appreciate your artwork! I'm not really happy with all of the purges lately, but I guess it's better than having a free-for-all in the gallery (cuz then we'd get all kinds of crap). Well, I hope that you will reconsider depriving the gallery, but most importantly, the other members of the opportunity to view your new artwork here at MT.

I wont be posting my drawings here anymore.
It clearly seems that MT doesn't want us to show our work that is not up to their expectation.
Wich makes me mad. Not 1 but 12 of my drawings have been deleted. They say it's because I didn't put any effort in them... What the hell?! Ok, some of them were older and not as pretty as what I can do today but I've put at least 3 hours on each one of them. I'm turning deviant for sure.

Obviously not blury and there is not filter whatsoever on that wallpaper, I can send you the .psd if you want you'll se that I did not do any.

I made it look like this on purpose. I may not be a person with top quality imagination but I did intend to made it look like a photo. Not a screenshot.

I beg your pardon but how can you say so? I don't want to be rude or anything but that statement clearly says that I didn't do any worth to show efforts. Wich is, in my opinion, a lack of respect towards me. I did put effort into it and it's my first real wallpaper that I'm proud of. And if what you say is true, how come 5 person made it their favorites? I wonder....

Never saw the other version. I took the picture on iichan.net and it wasn't a wallpaper but the picture as you see it on my wallpaper.

Looks like anime style to me.... I posted it in other because I didn't knew where it came from. That's all.

Like I said, I don't want to be rude but this message upseted me. It is clear I will never be able to post anything but mere fanarts. I was looking forward to hear what people had to say about it, critics and stuff to help me so that I could do better and better... anyways.

I will give you a reason why it was deleted (my assumption why it was deleted).

Your wall suggest low effort as you have not bothered to extract the scan and just slapped it in the wall first of all. Bg is not at the best quality as it's quite blurry, possibly due to the enlargement of the stock. Also, just using a stock and changing the colour of it shows little effort as it can be easily done in less than a minute. THere isn't much more other than that in the wall excluding the lines and film shapes. You need to put much more effort into creating a constructive bg and when using stocks, it will need much more modification than just changing colours.
